What if I want a date or time that isn't available?
Contact us via phone (828-622-3319) or email (trailer@blueridgehikingco.com). We can offer shuttles to many places other than the most popular times and destinations listed on the calendar.
What is your maximum capacity?
Our shuttle can carry a maximum of 6 passengers. If you have a lot of gear with you, that number may be smaller. If you have a larger group, please reach out to us to check availability.
Do you offer shuttles year-round?
We do offer shuttles year-round, weather dependent.
Are pets allowed on the shuttle?
Pets are not allowed on our shuttle. Only well behaved service animals on leash are allowed on Blue Ridge Hiking Company outings.
How do I make a reservation?
You're welcome to book online, or give us a call at 828-713-5451.
Should I tip my shuttle driver?
If the shuttle driver does an outstanding job, you are welcome to show your appreciation with a tip. Tips are never expected but always appreciated.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
The earlier the better. We occasionally can offer last minute shuttle services, but in order to maximize your chance of availability, booking several weeks or even months ahead of time is encouraged.
What is your cancellation policy?
Shuttle price includes a 15% non-refundable admin fee. If you cancel your shuttle at least 24 hours before your shuttle start time, we offer a full refund (minus the 15% fee). If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours, a 50% refund is offered.
