Private Coaching and Trip Planning

Private Coaching Sessions are scheduled by the hour, and are held either in person (in Asheville, NC) or via Zoom video chat. These are planned to cover the topics and questions you would like covered. They're open to individuals or small groups. To schedule a Private Coaching Session, please click the inquiry link below, and include your area(s) of interest, any specific questions you'd like covered, and preferred dates.
FAQ - Workshops
How do I attend my workshop or coaching sessions?
Workshops and Coaching Sessions are currently being offered both virtually and in person. All virtual workshops will be held over Zoom, and we will email you a link to access the video call a couple days ahead of time. In-person workshops are held either in Asheville, NC or in Hot Springs, NC, with locations provided separately for each workshop. Private coaching sessions will take place either by phone or Zoom video call.
Do I tip my coach?
Our team of highly trained professional guides and coaches never expects but always appreciates tips! Industry standard gratuity is 15-20% of the workshop cost.
What is your cancellation policy for workshops?
The trip costs includes a 15% non-refundable administrative fee. Reservations may be cancelled up to 1 weeks before the workshop for a refund (minus the 15% fee). Within 1 week, a 50% refund will be offered. Within 48 hours, a refund will only be offered if Blue Ridge Hiking Company cancels the workshop.
