Join us as we discuss the first woman to solo hike the Appalachian Trail.  "Grandma Gatewood" was 67 when she first completed the 2050 mile path and she went on to hike the entire trail another two times.  She became known far and wide for her walking ability, minimalist gear, and punch one liners.  Far less known was he amount of domestic violence she endured before she became a nationally renowned pedestrian.  We'll discuss it all with Ben Montgomery, author of the New York Times Bestseller, "Grandma Gatewood's Walk."
